Corten steel can be cut to size, shapes and processed in various ways. The processes include shearing, profiling, laser, water jet and plasma.
Lotus Steels offer a multi head cutting system where we can offer various shapes customised to your bespoke requirements. Our cutting area covers 22000mm X 4000mm this allows our customers to utilise longer lenghts thus reducing fabrication times.
We also offer Corten plate profiled with holes and apertures cut to tight tolerances. Corten profiled plate is ideal for use in the construction industry as it also acts as a high strength structural steel.
Corten requirements can be processed directly from drawings via DXF or DWG files.
We can process Corten Steel to tight tolerances that suit all bespoke customer requirements.
